1. How can I make a booking?

To book with us, please reach out to us through the whatsapp pop-up or send us an email at info@flowboatsibiza with details such as the desired date, number of people, and approximate budget.

2. What is the duration of the charter?

Day trips
The duration of the day charter is 8 hours, starting from the scheduled departure time normally between 11am and 2pm. If you want to experience the sunset, check-in should be around 1 pm-2pm as the sunset takes place around 8pm.

Overnight trips
The minimum stay for overnight trips is two nights.

3. How is the itinerary planned?

The itinerary is custom-tailored for each guest aboard. Our skipper diligently crafts the optimal itinerary, taking into account weather conditions and the preferences of our guests.
In cases where guests are unsure of their destination, the skipper can propose several “classic” itineraries.

Rental options and policies

4. Is it possible to rent a boat for a few days?

Yes, it is possible. Depending on the boat, we have a minimum overnight stay of 2 nights or weekly.

5. Is it possible to rent a boat for a half-day?

Yes, you can rent a boat for a half-day. However, please note that the price will be the same as for a full day rental.

6. Is it possible to rent a boat without a captain?

Most of our boats cannot be rented without a captain, the reason why we have on our team professional skippers (for an additional fee).

7. Can children go on board?

Yes children can be on board our boat as long as they are accompanied by an adult while on the boat, as it is not the responsibility of the crew. Moreover, children are counted as adults in terms of boat capacity. Prior to your charter, please inform us of the ages and heights of your children, so that we can provide suitable life jackets for them.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

If weather is bad at check-in (wind over 25 knots and/or raining during check-in), booking can be postponed or fully refunded. Captain can cancel the charter if safety is a concern.


9. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?

In Ibiza, the weather is generally suitable for charters during the summer season. However, if the wind gusts are 25 knots or more, or if it is raining at the scheduled departure time, the weather conditions are considered unsuitable for a charter. In such cases, we will try to reschedule your charter for the earliest available date or offer you a full refund.

10. What does the price include?

VAT, insurance, safety jackets, complimentary drinks (water and soft drinks), stand up paddle and snorkeling equipment.

11. Is fuel included in the price?

No, fuel is not included. It is paid at check-in or check-out.

Safety & insurance

12. Am I insured in case of any accidents?

Yes, all of our boats have complete charter passenger insurance. In case of any accidents, you will be covered by the insurance policy.

13. Do you provide life jackets?

Of course, each of our boats is outfitted with life jackets and necessary safety gear in accordance with regulations. If you need children’s life jackets, please request them in advance to ensure availability.

Food, drinks

14. Are food and beverages included?

Food and beverages are not provided, but you’re encouraged to bring your favorites aboard. Additionally, we can suggest restaurants and manage reservations if you prefer dining onshore.
For those staying multiple nights, we can assist in planning supermarket shopping for your stay and offer valuable tips to streamline logistics.

15. Can we cook onboard?

Yes, our boat features a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, cups, plates, and more for your convenience.

Accommodations and equipments

16. Are bed linen and towels included?

If you come for a day trip, towels (and bed linen) are not included so please bring your own.
If you spend a few nights onboard, bed linen and towels are provided for an extra cost which varies according to the boat. You will find this information on each boat description.

17. Are there any water toys?

Our boats have stand up paddles as well as snorkeling equipment available for guests to use.
